Arkutech is based in Bandon, in West Cork, and run by Andrew Kingston.
Andrew Kingston – Owner/Manager/Web Designer
As well as being an experienced web designer, Andrew also has experience on “the other side”, having worked as an analyst in one of the world’s largest banks, JPMorgan Chase, in London.
With a degree in Business from the University of Limerick and additional Investment Management qualifications, along with the financial background gained at JPMorgan, Andrew is in a unique position as a web designer. In addition to developing a top quality website for your business, Andrew will help you get the most out of your website so that it will be one of the best investments you will make.
In 2008 Andrew decided to stop treating web design as a hobby and made the move back to West Cork to pursue it as a career. He completed a Masters in Electronic Business in UCC and since then he has continued to broaden his knowledge in the web design world, with extensive experience, in particular, working with the number one blogging platform, WordPress.
Maurice Twomey – Front-End Designer/Developer
A blow-in to West Cork, Maurice has several years experience as a web designer in his native Kerry where he worked with online betting company, bet-tec and also on a freelance basis.
Maurice has a First class Honours Degree in Interactive Multimedia from I.T. Tralee and has also gained MySQL Developer Certification.
He has a passion for web design and web technologies and takes great pleasure in seeing a website grow from initial meeting to finished product. Maurice loves music and when he is not tapping on his computer, he can be found playing lead guitar with his blues band, Mudcat.
