Bandon Hockey Club
As a member of Bandon Hockey Club this was a project I look on voluntarily. I built the site using the blogging platform, WordPress, as a backend. With regular news updates and match reports WordPress was an obvious choice. One of the main benefits is its ease of use as a content management system so that club members with no web design experience can easily update the site.
In addition I had to custom build a database for fixtures and results. Using the server-side scripting language, PHP, these are listed automatically on the site by date.
